FULLY REBUILT HAAS SWAK64 PLATES GAS HEATING COMPLETE .
Production Capacity : approximately 1800 – 2000 kg / 8 hours.

Consisting of the following equipment :

1. HAAS SWAK 64 plates VAPOF - gas heating wafer oven , complete set with waste scrapper towards the front.
additional upgrading of flame safety control / explosion proof system designed and installed by GCD International Pty. Ltd. –

Self Supporting Baking Plate Size : 350 x 480 mm x 64 sets
Engraving Top Plate : KARO 3.0 * 3.0 mm x 0.8 mm deep / 90 degree - M 1 : 1 ( straight lines pattern ) engraving bottom plate : KARO 3.0 * 3.0 mm x 0.8 mm deep / 45 degree - M 1. 1 ( cross line pattern ) oven doors and cladding all brand new stainless steel construction & cladding, with insulation material.

2. HAAS TM180+ATP - batter mixer complete set batter mixing with content of 180 liter net, with agitator, 2 batter pumps, water dosing unit, vibrating screen & drain valve, c/w electrical control panel, photo sensor, MS work platform & ladder access.
3. HAAS TBK 2.0 – arcway cooler , 2 meter high, for cooling of wafer sheets of sizes up to 350 x 480 mm.
4. HAAS WSTM – automatic cream spreader , complete set for automatic spreading of wafer sheets of size up to 350 x 480 mm
belt width 550 mm, with spiral tracking & press rollers with 2 cream spreading heads.
5. HAAS TCM 125 – turbo cream mixer     x 2 complete sets
capacity 125 liter, double wall body, individual electrical control panel, FESTO pneumatic system hydraulic lifter for easy access on ingredient handling.
6. HAAS WK60+KA – book cooler / cooling presser   x 1 complete set
designed to continuously cool books of wafer spread with cream,
cooling capacity : 25,000 kcal including cooling unit KAL / Freon R22,
stand alone open type 10 HP compressor, cooling compartment doors and cladding all brand new stainless steel construction & cladding, with insulation material.
7. HAAS KB90 – 90 degree transfer conveyor     x 2 complete sets
       all ss construction with individual drive motor.

Scope of Rebuilt : all above equipment 100% fully “stripped-down”, with all detected wear & tear parts/components changed/replaced prior to final re-assembly, electrically & mechanically tested in excellent running condition.
