Mini Bagel Line and AIM Chunker/Laminator
The Mini line is a modified dual bank line which is set to cut 2- 2" pieces and scale between .75 ounce and 3 ounce pieces. The machine will run between 150-200 pieces per minute. This includes tubes for a .75 ounce mini and tubes for a 1-1.5 ounce mini. Other parts of this line are a cross conveyor/stepper, a reciprocator, and a pan indexer. It was originally built to run standard size bagels, but was modified for minis. It can be reworked to run full size bagels.

AIB Chunker\laminator will feed a standard knife cut divider. It includes a trough lift, and will hold a 300# of flour mix of bagel dough.
