Z-Type Bucket Conveyor

Features:

The conveyor is applicable for vertical lifting of different products like chips, cookies, popcorn etc..  The Bucket elevator hoppers are driven by the chains. It’s used for vertical feeding of small block materials. It is good for large number of products conveying and it can be designed to be tall. Its height can be made according to each project. The frame of the conveyor is stainless steel. All the contact parts to the food are stainless steel and the buckets are food grade material.

The chains are made of stainless steel. When you need to clean the conveyor it is very easy to remove them from the conveyor chain.

Vibration type feeder features:

The parts which contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel; supported with a non-grade adjuster to regulate the feeding quantity. It sends the material from the storage to the material conveyor through vibration. The bucket has a capacity of 0.5 cubic meters

 Supporting Platform
