Extruder-Wire Cut Machine

• A complete Servo-electro single head wire cut extruder for an oven band of 1200mm wide.
• Solid 1.5” side plates hold very heavy-duty stainless-steel feed rolls. Both feed-rolls individually driven by AB Rockwell Servo motors and top-of-the line gear boxes.
• The feed rolls are provided with “saw-tooth” grooves for superb feed by slow rotation.
• At either end of the rolls sets of V-grooves are machined in the outside diameter.
• Delrin seals, easy to remove for thorough cleaning, fit in these grooves, providing clean and accurate production, shift after shift.
• For accurate extruding, the machine is provided with a Delrin filler block. This block is simple to remove yet provides for excellent roll scraping.
• The machine is provided with a double servo driven wire cut attachment.
• Different than known machines, our wire cut attachment is driven by two independently controlled servo motors with top quality servo-gearheads.
• One servo drive is for the forward motion of the harp with wire, one serve drive is for the wire drop motion.
• Independently both motions can be “designed” by the customer and stored in a recipe in the HMI of the machine.
• For different products, the best cutting-, drop and retract motion can be created.
