New Oven Equipment  

Recirculating direct and indirect heat fired ovens. These ovens have been proven over the years to be energy efficient and even baking ovens for many products from baking to snack to pet foods. Our standard oven design includes the following standard materials:

Interior of oven:
Aluminized steel of ASTM A. 463, coating of T1-40, Gauge 14 Type I. Resistance to corrosiveness anti-atmosphere to 1250 farenheight. This material reflects up to 80% of radiant heat of 900 farenheight for excellent oven heat balance.
Outer oven skin:
Aluminum type 6061-T6511 (extrusion), contains 1% magnesium, .6 % de silicon. “Tensile “is in the range of 20,000 to 42,000 PSI. Resistant of corrosion and conforms to federal specifications QQ-A-250/11 y ASTM B-209.
Oven insulation:
Thermal Fibre mineral wool recommend in areas of high temperatures such as boilers etc. MARLITE in sheet form is used to cover the outer Burner box areas and flame box before insulation and final skin, which makes for little radiant heat from oven in your facility.
