CoolMix
Ter braak twin Coolmix, with capability of producing cold slurries of
two different formulations at the same time. Coolmix has feeders for
water, corn syrup, dry sugar and invert sugar. Each receiving kettle can
produce three different formulas. This Coolmix was manufactured in 1977
and sold to Russell Stover candies. This machine received little or no
use due to a change in a production process.
Cookers
Candyflex, Ter Braak, microfilm cooker, to cook the three different
models of candies in continuous system, from year 1996, in very good
condition still installed in his plant, this is one of the moderns
system cooker for depositing or other lines .
Complete Pedro Prat candy cooker, including empty pump to make hard
candies, performance of 1250 kilos per day

capable of producing 2,000 kilos per day.
