The model BTE-1000M-SL features a robust 42-inch belt width and 40-inch rolls, providing ample space for efficient dough processing. The line spans 18 feet in length, accommodating a range of production sizes. The equipment includes two Teflon roll presheeters and two Teflon sizing rolls, both with a 13-inch diameter, ensuring non-stick surfaces and precision in dough handling. Relaxing conveyors are strategically placed between stations to facilitate a smooth transition and handling of the dough, enhancing product quality. The line also features a non-stick belt and a drive for dies, with a 1-inch by 1-inch die specifically for cutting purposes.
