PFM BLIZZARD Flow wrapper

The Blizzard is a super high-speed horizontal flow wrap packaging machine that packages products with three seals from a flat reel of hot or cold seal wrapping material.

Automatic in-line cutter utilizes two facing knives that follow an elliptical movement at the same speed as the rope. The product is cut clean without residuals/trimmings and imperfections. Constant weight precision of the product is maintained.

Designed for high-speed bubble gum or toffee packaging.

Machine driven by brushless servo-motors with axis motion controller and PLC.

Color touch screen as HMI with possibility of connecting to on-line Tele-service.

Packages up to 2,000 candies per minute, up to 1,600 pieces of bubble gum per minute.
