PEERLESS 1000 LB. DOUBLE SIGMA MIXER

The PEERLESS 1000 lb. Double Sigma Mixer is a used industrial mixer, extensively refurbished in 2020. It features a new stainless steel bowl, jacket, and sigma arms, with a bowl size of 35.25" in length, 42" in width, and 39" in depth. The mixer operates on a robust 15hp motor with 480v/3-phase/60hz power supply and includes a VFD for variable speed controls. During the 2020 rebuild, all critical components such as hubs, seals, bearings, retainers, and gaskets were replaced. It also received new electrical controls, safeties, motor, gearbox, and chains, along with gracefully inspected and replaced sprockets where necessary. The mild steel housing and frame were coated with Steel-It paint for durability, and the new design features an extended bowl lip for efficient product transfer to the dough trough. This updated mixer is suited for heavy-duty applications where consistent mixing and reliability are essential, offering a high-capacity solution with modernized components for enhanced performance.
