Rebuilt Peerless Double Sigma Arm Mixer

Work being Perfomed:

• Inspect the electrical control panel, verify proper operation of all electrical components, and perform a complete shop operational test.

AFE will completely inspect and recondition the mixer to include the following:

• Remove and inspect both mixing shafts.
• Replace all shaft bearing seals on both sides of the mixer.
• Replace bowl seals.
• Recondition the 40 HP main drive motor, including installation of new bearings and seals, followed by complete operational testing.
• Repair and align both safety guard doors.
• Install and test new safety interlock switches on both guard doors.
• Prepare exterior surfaces by sanding and repairing areas as required.
• Apply a new FDA-approved stainless steel coating to all painted steel surfaces for a clean, professional finish.
• Perform a complete shop run test prior to shipment.
