This Champion mixer has undergone a complete mechanical and electrical rebuild. The machine was completely

disassembled down to its major components, inspected, rebuilt and reassembled for dependable commercial

production service.

Rebuild Scope

• Mixer completely disassembled.
• Frame and painted components sandblasted and refinished.
• All bearings replaced with new SealMaster bearings.
• All worn bushings replaced.
• New drive chains and sprockets installed.
• Stainless-steel mixing bowl removed, inspected, cleaned and professionally buffed.
• Stainless-steel mixing arm removed, inspected and professionally buffed.
• New 20 HP main drive motor installed.
• New bowl dump motor and gear drive system installed.
• Drive system inspected, aligned and adjusted during reassembly.

New Electrical & Controls

• New Mitsubishi PLC.
• New Mitsubishi HMI touchscreen operator interface.
• New Mitsubishi VFD.
• Updated motor controls and associated electrical components.
• System programmed and tested for mixer operation and bowl dumping functions.

Flour & Water Connections

The mixer canopy is equipped with dedicated connections for flour and water, allowing the mixer to be connected to

an automatic flour delivery system and a metered water supply. The connections are positioned above the mixing

bowl for direct ingredient addition and can be integrated into an automated batch mixing system.

Condition

The mixer is offered as a fully rebuilt production machine, not simply cleaned and painted. Major wear components,

bearings, bushings, drive components, motors and controls have been replaced or rebuilt as part of the

refurbishment. Stainless-steel product-contact components have been cleaned and refinished, and the mechanical

and electrical systems have been inspected and tested prior to shipment.
